Primarily my work is concerned with encounters; encounters between the natural and constructed environments and the objects abandoned to or placed in that environment.

For the most part my focus is on the colour, texture and sculptural effects produced by this encounter and my recent works have been either micro or macro examinations of these phenomenon with rust, weathering and reclamation being the centre of attention.

My current works are representative of my ongoing exploration between the natural environment, the created and the spiritual. Indelible explores the spirituality of place and the ineffaceable effect we as builders and inhabitants have on the places and spaces we pass through, occupy or create.
My preferred choice of mediums are Oil, soft and oil pastels and mixed media
